ZipFab Technologies OPC Private Limited is a “One Person Company” within the meaning of Section 2(62) of the Companies Act of 2013. It has been incorporated under Section 3(1)(c) of the Act.
The founder of ZipFab Technologies OPC Private Limited is Aditya Pratap. He is the Advocate and Founder of Aditya Pratap Law Offices, a respectable law firm having its offices in Mumbai and Lucknow. Being an Advocate, Aditya Pratap is the sole director of the company but does not take part in its day-to-day business operations.
The Main Objects of of the Company as outlined in its Memorandum of Association are detailed below:
A. To carry on the business of software development and informationtechnology services, including designing, developing, testing, deploying,operating, maintaining, upgrading, licensing and supporting computersoftware, applications, platforms, tools and digital solutions of all kinds,whether web-based, mobile-based, cloud-based or otherwise.
B. To design, develop, operate and commercialize digital platforms andtechnology products, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), webportals, dashboards, APIs, databases, automation tools, analyticssystems and internet-based applications for commercial, industrial,educational and institutional use.
C. To undertake engineering, technical and technology-based activities,including system design, system integration, automation, embeddedsystems, electronics, robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), artificialintelligence, data analytics and allied technology solutions, withoutrendering any regulated professional services.
D. To design, develop, assemble, integrate, test, operate and maintain robotic, autonomous and remotely operated systems, including drones and unmanned systems, for survey, inspection, mapping, monitoring, data collection, research, demonstration and commercial applications, subject to applicable laws, rules and approvals.
E. To carry on the business of manufacturing, assembling, trading,importing, exporting and servicing of electronic, electrical,electromechanical and technology-enabled devices, components,systems, hardware products and related accessories.
